- All bookings for our Penthouse require a one-night non-refundable deposit to be paid at the point of booking, we will process this deposit now to the credit card given during the reservations process. Cancellations must be received 30 days prior to the date of arrival. In case of cancellations less than 30 days, full cancellation may apply.
- For bookings of 4 rooms or more, further cancellation terms will be applied.
- Different cancellation policies & deposits may apply for suite bookings and over International Rugby Fixture and key Concert & Conference dates in the city.
